Helena, the founder of Brave Heart, is a holistic practitioner with over 30 years of experience, specialising in the Power of Touch healing massage, Energy therapies, Herbalism and Essential oils.

Helena is also a Transformational Speaker on Sexual Abuse & Domestic Violence, setting a new standard on how to break the silence and be the voice for the voiceless. Her authentic and compassionate commitment in assisting women to evolve from Victimhood to Victory, is changing the the way society handles women and their unique abilities in the world.

Women's visibility and acknowledgement derives from Helena's personal childhood experience of domestic and sexual abuse. Eventually this lead her to face her darkest moments so she could evolve boldly, assisting and supporting women through their dysfunctional relationships and back to loving their beautiful selves by reclaiming their self-recognition.
